We hold every product on our shelves to what we call our "blindfold-safe" standard: if we wouldn't feel confident handing it to a customer without reading the label, it doesn't belong here. This means no hidden fillers, no ambiguous sourcing, and no compromises on transparency.

How does Eden Market & Pantry approach pricing with vendors?

We are committed to fair, transparent pricing that reflects the true value of your work. Margin structures are discussed openly during the onboarding process — no surprises, no take-it-or-leave-it terms.

What does communication look like once we're partners?

Expect consistent, direct communication. You'll have a dedicated point of contact, and we maintain an open-door policy for questions, feedback, and concerns at any stage of the relationship. We are also developing an online portal where you will be able to monitor your in store sales from home.

How often do you review new vendor applications?

We conduct formal intake reviews on a quarterly basis. Applications submitted between review periods are held and given full consideration during the next cycle. Every submission receives a response.

We're a small operation — is there a minimum volume requirement?

Not necessarily. Our partnership tiers are designed to accommodate producers at every scale — from small garden plots to regional suppliers. What matters most is the quality of your product and your commitment to the values we share.
